Project Overview

Stanley/Stella is one of the leading sustainable B2B brands in the world, headquartered in Brussels, with its Bangladesh office operating as a liaison office for the HQ. The project integrates Bengali and Belgian cultures throughout the interior—expressed through colors, kitchen elements, crafts, artworks, design shapes, and material choices.

Every material used follows the footprint of both cultures. The vibrant colors and artisanal touches represent Bangladeshi heritage, while the wooden ambiance connects directly to the aesthetics of its Belgian headquarters.

Features from Bengali Culture

Nakshi Katha: These intricately embroidered textiles enrich the interior walls, celebrating Bengali culture and craftsmanship.

Patchwork & Cane Webbing: Furniture elements reflect sustainability and upcycling traditions through repurposed materials.

Alpana & Pattachitra: Traditional motifs and paintings add cultural depth, bringing the artistic spirit of Bangladesh into the workspace.

Terracotta Tiles: Used in the pantry, these natural clay tiles highlight warmth and authenticity.

Features from Belgian Culture

Oak Wood Flooring: A hallmark of Belgian craftsmanship, offering continuity and comfort.

Oak Wood Furniture: Reflecting Belgium’s long history of durable, beautifully grained oak furniture.

Sisal Carpet: Imported from Belgium for meeting rooms, adding natural texture and a refined ambiance.
