Project Overview

The project embraces a nature-integrated, community-driven, and sustainability-focused studio concept designed to blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. Local plants and trees weave through the interior, enhancing visual comfort and encouraging natural ventilation, while the first-floor courtyard creates an uplifting, breathable environment. The studio operates as a multi-functional hub—transforming into a venue for book fairs, exhibitions, and creative workshops on weekends, supporting local artists, bookstores, and engaging children in hands-on art activities.

Its community-centric approach includes employing local caretakers and gardeners, reinforcing local involvement and pride. Sustainability is embedded through reused bricks, reclaimed metal, glass, and wood, along with fabric-based décor and shading elements. Rainwater harvesting supports greenery, and solar panels meet essential energy needs, minimizing environmental impact.

Designed to reflect ARCHARIUM’s architectural ethos, the studio serves as a flexible workspace that nurtures creativity, environmental responsibility, and community engagement—becoming both a professional environment and a cultural platform for local talent and educational activities.
